We used to be regular customers and we used to be able to phone our order in with no problem. Now the management stopped taking phone orders because they got a lot of no shows and had to throw the food away. Okay, I can understand that, but we had been going there for years and they recognized us by face. We were legitimate customers, always bought well over 40 dollars worth of food every time we ordered. It's bad for business when you don't take care of your regulars. I don't expect them to make any changes regarding their regular customers, so we're taking our business elsewhere.
